At Creative Learning Childcare, over 35% of our staff have their degrees or certifications in the area of early childhood education, as well as staff additional members enrolled currently in classes. In compliance with our child care license, the policies of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, and the Keystone Stars Program, all staff members are required to have Act 33 and Act 34 clearances and FBI clearances. They are certified in American Red Cross Infant and Youth CPR and First Aid.
Annually, each staff member is required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of course work/trainings which pertain to all areas of developmentally appropriate early childhood education and development, as well as trainings on professionalism. Each teacher is responsible for the appropriate curriculum planning of her/his classroom. Your child will be assigned to one primary classroom but will become familiar with all of our staff members to make further transitions more comfortable for the child.
Creative Learning Childcare's experienced staff is dedicated to providing the best possible care for your child. Inspiring creativity and individuality in each child is what we believe in and strive for each day. Our innovative childcare staff has worked hard toward our vision of providing high-quality care that comes from the heart.
